It's a very solid game, with interesting characters. I'm personally quite fond of the villain (well... sort of the villain. you'll have to play to understand), Weiss the Immaculate.

The gameplay is something new for the series, it has an engaging narrative, and the characterization is... well, what we've come to expect from FF. Far better than the original 7, of course.
